All data obtained from the Security Camera Systems, ODTÜPass, and Vehicle Tracking Systems managed by our Unit are processed solely for the purposes specified by law.
In the event that these data are requested, the legal opinion of our University is based on the following statement:
“Within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, such requests may only be fulfilled by our University for the purpose of resolving legal disputes or when requested by judicial authorities or law enforcement agencies in accordance with the relevant legislation.”
